Pride has really eaten deep into our contemporary youths who aspire to become leaders and even those whom are tested with little position feels the world is under their feet.

In a short time they feel like competing with their boss and possibly rubbing shoulders with them,but CEDO,the current Deputy Governor of Kogi State has proved his Loyalty and how a humble leader should be.

Let’s me start by proving his Loyalty under different attributes .

QUALITIES OF A LOYAL RELATIONSHIP AND WHY I SEE CEDO A LOYAL LEADER.

Loyalty is an essential quality in any close relationship. When your person is loyal, it’s a strong assurance of another person. Whether it be in work,political,business, family, friendship or a relationship, loyalty builds from specific characteristics.

Just because someone is a Deputy to a Governor,President ,family member, neighbor or friend does not mean that they will be loyal. Ideally, we wish that were true (and hopefully someday it is), but for now loyalty must be earned.

Much like steps on a ladder, there are specific qualities that you can see in a person to know if they are truly loyal. We call this the “Loyalty Ladder”.

A truly loyal person will be loyal because they want to. Loyalty through obligation can be dangerous. But, sometimes it’s hard to detect. People can be deceiving due to their own personal agendas and show this subtly through their words and actions.

To help you truly detect the difference . . .

A loyal person will reach out to you when you need them. They care enough to stay aware, and take action when they know you need a pick-me-up, or just a little reminder to stay on track.Chief Edward Onoja has demonstrated this in several forms through his actions and words.

For example you tell him” you are doing well”,he reply No don’t say am doing well,say GYB is doing well” because he lead we follow.

What a loyalty?,unlike arrogant Deputy or followers who will gladly take the glory of there boss.

Always on the move representing his boss,with this type of a Deputy,How will the flaws or absence of the Governor be felt?

Anywhere he goes,he is always on duty representing his boss GYB.

Another important attribute is RESPECT
If someone talks about someone else to you behind their back, who do you think they’ll talk about when you’re not around? A loyal person will be respectful of you away from your presence. They will decline the opportunity to spread gossip, and may even deliver a serious message, sharing their opinion of gossiping with the people doing it.CEDO will always speak of the good of GYB in and out of his presence,that natural love and respect is there for his boss.

He basically believe in the laws of power,he never desires to outshine his master GYB. This is loyalty and I pray God gives me this type of Humility.

TRUSTWORTHY

A loyal person will share their honest opinion (even if it’s not always what you want to hear). Sometimes, they want to share their experience with you, hoping that it will give you insight and help you follow your best path.

In a relationship, a loyal person loves you (and only you) fully and completely.

Oh! CEDO is a friend to confide in,to me he is trust worthy,he never betrayed the confidence reposed on him by GYB.He is always grateful and at all times wish GYB take all the glory.

He never betrayed the igalas during the election,he only wish that the good work continues,and he has been supportive to the governor before and after the election.

That is why I said “he is with him in thick and thin”.

A LOYAL RELATIONSHIP IS SINCERE

A truly loyal person is always sincere. They show very subtle, yet powerful signs that they care. You’ll find that they are faithful in a way that they show up during the good times and the bad times. Loyal people are supportive (even loving) for no other reason than that they care.
Practice random acts of kindness.

CEDO always sees himself as a supportive mate to GYB, always on the watch that his boss hands are up and upright.God bless you.

A LOYAL RELATIONSHIP HAS INTEGRITY

When one does what is right by their own personal values and morals, and is also supported by societal norms, that’s integrity. They are kind. They properly care for themselves and others around them.

You see,?he demonstrated this during his birthday celebration,he mobilize people to take care of the sick by paying their hospital bills, What of the less preveladges he has paid their school fees without asking anything in return etc.
And, they respect boundaries. In fact, they are known for it.

When a person with high integrity makes a mistake they will apologize, and you’ll find they generally won’t repeat it. It’s important to them to uphold their good character and moral righteousness.

Personal loyalty is displayed through love, devotion, dedication and commitment to the well being of another.

It’s important to keep in mind that we are all a work in progress. We can strive to be better in all of these areas. It’s not up to us to judge or be harsh to those that aren’t – there’s a good chance that deep down inside of themselves.

The progress recorded so far is massive due to loyalty.

GYB has made himself a leader that can never be forgotten in a hurry,GYB is also a good leader to emulate.

How many Governors will visit their Deputies in their own office because of pride?

But GYB paid his twin brother a surprise visit at his office,what a leader?

So long as I live,I have learned much from both of you,I fell in love with APC because of your examplary leadership qualities and I promise to be loyal to the party so long you remain in the party.

I am not part of those who will appreciate the good of an individual during his death,so I decided to tell you that you are my mentor.Am not worthy or upright but I hope to be better if I continue to follow your foot steps.
